Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.bpmpro.co.in ("BPMPro", "we", "us") and your purchase of any DJ music pack, bundle, or digital product listed on this site. By purchasing from BPMPro, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Sell

BPMPro sells curated, digital DJ music packs and bundles — collections of tracks delivered as downloadable files via a private Google Drive folder. No physical goods are shipped. All packs are pre-analyzed for BPM and musical key and delivered in 320kbps MP3 format unless otherwise stated.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed by selecting one or more packs on the site, paying via UPI to our listed merchant ID, and sending your payment screenshot via WhatsApp for verification. Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice; the price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.

3. Delivery

Once your payment is verified, we send a Google Drive access link to the email or WhatsApp number you provide. Delivery is typically fast, but exact timing can vary based on order volume and payment verification — we'll always keep you updated via WhatsApp if there's a delay.

4. Refund Policy

Because BPMPro sells digital goods, all sales are final once a Google Drive access link has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, or because you no longer want a pack after receiving access.

Refunds or replacements will be issued only in these cases:

You were charged but never received a Drive access link within a reasonable time after verified payment
The files delivered are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was advertised
You were accidentally charged twice for the same order

To request a refund under the above conditions, message us on WhatsApp with your payment screenshot and order details within 48 hours of purchase.

5. License & Usage Rights

Purchasing a pack grants you a personal-use license to use the included tracks in your own DJ sets and performances (live, streamed, or recorded). You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload, or share your Drive access link publicly or with third parties. All tracks remain the property of their original rights holders; BPMPro curates and compiles access, it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

6. Account & Access

Your Google Drive access is for your own use only. Sharing your access link publicly, on file-sharing sites, or with other DJs who haven't purchased may result in that link being revoked without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

BPMPro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our packs, including issues caused by third-party software (Rekordbox, Serato, etc.), internet connectivity, or Google Drive availability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
