This Privacy Policy explains what information BPMPro ("we", "us") collects when you use www.bpmpro.co.in or purchase a DJ music pack from us, and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
- Order details: the email address and/or WhatsApp number you give us to deliver your Google Drive access link, plus your payment screenshot for order verification
- WhatsApp communication: messages you send us via WhatsApp for orders and support
- Site analytics: we use Google Analytics (GA4) and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — this includes device type, approximate location (city/country level), pages viewed, and general usage patterns via cookies
2. How We Use It
- To verify payment and deliver your purchased pack
- To respond to support questions
- To understand which pages and packs are performing well, so we can improve the site
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of third-party services to run BPMPro, each of which processes limited data on our behalf:
- Google Analytics — anonymized site usage analytics
- Vercel — website hosting
- WhatsApp (Meta) — order communication and delivery
- Google Drive — file delivery
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

We keep order and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill your order, handle support requests, and meet our own accounting/tax obligations.

You can ask us to delete any personal information we hold about you (such as your order details or WhatsApp conversation history) at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
